Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns
You have 07 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

The item must be in the original packaging, with all tags, labels, and accessories included.

Downloadable software or digital products

Items on sale (unless damaged or defective)

Personal care items (if applicable)

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within [5-10 business days].

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item sent).

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges

Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item was defective or sent in error.
